WeboraDigital is a web and digital studio in Karachi, Pakistan operated by Ghulam Sabir. Enquiries and questions about these terms go to contact@weboradigital.net.
What this site is
This site describes services and explains how work is scoped. It is not a shop: there is no checkout, no cart, no account and no payment is taken here. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
What an enquiry is, and is not
An enquiry is a request for information. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or start a project. No work begins until there is a written scope and a written price that both sides have agreed, usually by email.
- An estimate sent before the scope is agreed is an estimate, not a quotation.
- Prices shown or described on this site are starting points and may change once the real scope is known.
- A delivery date becomes a commitment only when it appears in an agreed scope document.
What we do not promise
No agency can promise a specific ranking, a specific number of calls, or a specific sale. Where a service page describes an outcome, it describes the work that is done, not a result that is guaranteed. Search engines, platforms and payment providers do not behave to a schedule we control, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Content on this site
Text, layouts and code on this site are the studio's own work. Project names, screenshots and results appear only where the client has given permission and the work can be checked. Where something has been withheld deliberately, the page says so rather than filling the space.
Availability
The site is provided as-is. We may change or remove any part of it without notice. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it as the only record of a conversation — if something matters, ask for it in writing.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for anything a client owes us under a signed scope.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi, Pakistan have jurisdiction. If you are enquiring from elsewhere, that does not change which law applies.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top shows the current version, and the changes that matter to a live project are handled in that project's own scope document.
