Founder-led studio, Karachi

A website people can read. A store people can buy from.

And the unglamorous follow-up work that turns visits into calls, form fills and orders.

WeboraDigital is a small web and digital studio in Karachi, run by Ghulam Sabir. There is no account manager between you and the person building your site. He takes the job, does the work, and hands over the keys at the end.

The core build is WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify. Around it we handle on-page SEO, UI and graphic design, the social creatives a launch needs, and maintenance afterwards, which is where most of the real work lives. A site usually needs somebody about four months after launch, not on the day it goes live.

What you can expect from us: a clean codebase you can edit yourself, checkout tested with sandbox transactions before it goes live, and honest limits written down before the invoice. No invented client counters, no page-one promises, and no numbers we cannot open in Search Console in front of you.

Based in Karachi, working with businesses that can brief the work in English. Remote across Pakistan and abroad. We do not have a worldwide office network and we will not pretend we do.

What we build, and what we do not

We build brochure and lead sites on WordPress, stores on WooCommerce and Shopify, and the design and SEO work that sits around them.

We do not do: bulk AI content farms, purchased reviews, private link networks, nulled themes, “ranking guarantee” retainers, or app and custom software builds we would have to subcontract without telling you. If your brief lands outside this, we say so in the first reply. Two lines of this save more time than any paragraph about how passionate we are.

Capabilities

Six services, six pages, each one says what is included

Most projects need more than one skill, but the scope still has to be nameable. A brochure site is not a store build, and a store build is not a monthly ads retainer. These six pages split the work so you can ask for the right thing instead of “everything”.

01

WordPress development

Custom WordPress sites, landing pages, and moves away from a host that has gone slow or expensive. Built on a custom block theme, so your content is not welded to a page builder. Elementor is available if you want it.

02

WooCommerce development

Store setup, catalog architecture from your spreadsheet, a checkout with the friction taken out, and shipping zones that match your real delivery areas. Stripe, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, PayPal and cash on delivery, each one tested in sandbox before launch.

03

Shopify development

Hosted store setup, Liquid for the parts the theme settings cannot reach, and an honest audit of the apps you are already paying for. Most slow Shopify stores are slow because of leftover scripts, not because of the theme.

04

SEO and digital marketing

On-page SEO, technical crawl cleanup, Schema.org JSON-LD, and a Google Ads account structure. The ad budget stays in your own billing account, always, and your Search Console access is never held as leverage.

05

UI/UX and graphic design

Sitemap, Figma wireframes, a design token system so page ten matches page one, logo and wordmark files in SVG, and social creatives sized for the platforms you actually post on.

06

Website maintenance and support

Scheduled core and plugin updates after a verified backup, tested off-site restores, checks for unknown admin users and PHP errors, and small content edits: text, images, prices, hours.

Fit & Eligibility

Who this works best for

Owner-managed businesses in Pakistan and abroad who need a site that answers the phone: clinics, consultancies, trades, retail and wholesale catalogs, and small direct-to-consumer brands. Usually 5 to 12 pages, or a store with a few hundred products. Usually one decision-maker. Usually no in-house developer, which is exactly why the handover notes get written.

Not a good fit:

enterprises with procurement teams, anyone shopping purely on price, and projects where the content does not exist and nobody intends to write it. A fast, honest site with placeholder text is still a site with placeholder text.

“The person who hears your business description is the same person responsible for the pages, the contact form and the handover notes. You should not have to explain the offer three times to three job titles.”

Studio Structure

You brief a person, not a department list

WeboraDigital is founder-led. Ghulam Sabir scopes the job, designs it or directs the design, and builds the WordPress or store work he agrees to take. If something needs a specialist he does not have, you hear that before work starts, not in week three. He does not put imaginary team faces on his own website.

The benefit is practical rather than philosophical. One head holds the context, so nothing has to be re-explained, and if a page is wrong, the person who designed it fixes it.

Workflow

Six steps. No invented timeline.

Clear stages from discovery to handover. Timelines are quoted per project after the discover call. We do not advertise “48 hour websites”, because a 48 hour website is a template with your logo on it, sold twice.

01

Discover

What you sell, who buys it, and the one action the site exists to get: a call, a form fill or an order.

02

Plan

Page list, deliverables and the platform decision, written down. The missing content gets listed here, because missing content is what delays launches, not coding.

03

Design

Desktop and mobile templates approved before building starts. Approve on a phone too, not only on a laptop.

04

Develop

Designs become clean code. Forms and integrations connected. You get a staging link to click around for as long as you need.

05

Test

Mobile responsiveness, form delivery, sandbox payment transactions, accessibility. A real test order, placed on a real phone.

06

Launch and support

DNS connected, credentials handed over, documentation written for whoever runs the site next year.

Portfolio Integrity

Work is shown when it can be shown properly

A project card here needs three things: a real screenshot, a link we have checked, and written permission to name the relationship. Several names came up during review and are not published as case studies, because those proofs are not in hand. When a project is ready it appears with its actual title and a plain description of what was done. Until then the block stays short.

What we commit to

Hold us to these four promises

There are no client quotes on this page because none have written sign-off to publish one yet. What follows is the commitment list from an actual scope document. When a project is cleared to show, it appears on the Work page with a real screenshot and a checked link — not before.

01 / 04
Written scope
Scope written before the invoice

You get a written list of pages, deliverables and exclusions before any money moves. If a request sits outside that list, we say so instead of quietly billing for it later.

Senior WordPress & Shopify Developer

Ghulam Sabir, founder and lead developer

Ghulam Sabir has held web and digital roles since 2019, mostly in Lahore: Senior WordPress Developer and Digital Marketer at Webotixs (2024 to present), WordPress Developer at Virtual Surveillance Guard (2023 to 2024), WordPress/Shopify Developer and Graphic Designer at DigiFanto (2022 to 2023), WordPress Developer at Codexia Technologies (2020 to 2022), and Junior Web Developer and Digital Marketing Assistant at Digital Otters (2019 to 2020). B.A., Allama Iqbal Open University, 2016.

Before that he worked on retail floors, in warehouse supervision, and in civil site work, including a floor manager role at Panda Mart and supervisor roles at Chase Value and Chase UP. That stretch is useful here for one reason: retail floors and warehouses are where inventory spreadsheets come from, which is why catalog and pricing work tends to be tidy on day one rather than day nine.

Tools he works in day to day: WordPress and custom block themes, WooCommerce, Shopify Liquid, PHP hooks, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Figma, Search Console, and Google Ads.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before hiring

Short answers here, in the order they usually arrive. Same six answers appear on /faq/ with schema, so there is no duplicated content, only a summary block that links down to the full page.

01 How do I choose between WooCommerce and Shopify?

If you want the blog, the articles and the products in one WordPress admin, and you would rather not give away a percentage of your sales every month, WooCommerce suits you. If you would prefer somebody else to run hosting, security and checkout while you focus purely on selling, Shopify is the easier road.

02 Will I be able to edit products, prices and text without a developer?

Yes. Native blocks and the normal dashboards, plus handover notes written for someone who has not opened WordPress before.

Reference link WordPress service
03 Do you build with Elementor or custom lightweight themes?

Both, and it is your call. A lightweight block theme is the better bet when mobile speed matters. Elementor suits teams that want to drag things around themselves.

Reference link WordPress service
04 How are payment gateways configured?

Your merchant account stays yours. We connect the API keys, set up webhooks, and run end-to-end sandbox transactions on every method. Card numbers never sit on your server. Approval of the account itself is the provider's decision.

Reference link WooCommerce service
05 What should I prepare before starting?

A plain description of what you sell, who buys it, what you want a visitor to do, and your brand and product files. Host and admin logins can come later.

06 What happens after launch?

A monthly maintenance plan covers updates, backups and security. Without a retainer you still get every credential and the handover guide. Nothing is held back as leverage.

Practical notes on websites, stores and marketing. Three are written and waiting to be published; until they are live this block stays quiet rather than showing a half-finished post.
