Store setup, catalog architecture, a checkout with the friction removed, payment gateways and shipping — for people selling physical or digital products from their own WordPress install.
WooCommerce is the right conversation when the business wants the store inside WordPress: products, categories, cart, checkout, and the same admin as the rest of the site. We set up that structure and test the checkout so the shop is frictionless on a phone.
Who this is for
You are selling physical products, digital files, or a catalog of services that customers should add to a cart. You want everything under one WordPress admin without recurring monthly platform cuts on your sales. If you want a fully hosted platform instead, look at the Shopify service.
Deliverables
- Category structure and variable products set up from your spreadsheet.
- Official gateway integrations: Stripe, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, PayPal and cash on delivery. Every method is tested with sandbox transactions before launch.
- Shipping zones and rates that match your real delivery areas, not a guess.
- A mobile checkout that a customer can finish with one thumb. The pay button should never be hidden under a sticky bar or a collapsed accordion.
Client must send
- Your product list and prices.
- Product images you have the right to use.
- Shipping and returns policy.
- Access to your merchant account.
Not promised
- Card numbers never touch your server — the gateway holds them, not you and not us.
- Merchant account approval belongs to the payment provider; we can prepare the paperwork with you but we cannot push it through.
What you receive
A shop admin, the agreed categories, the products that were supplied, a test order note, and a short list of who does what after launch: who adds products, who marks orders complete, and who receives the order email. Tax and legal invoice setup is included only when you provide the rules. We do not guess tax treatment.
Closing note
Select WooCommerce in the form and say how many products are ready on day one.
Questions owners ask before hiring
Short answers here, in the order they usually arrive. Same six answers appear on /faq/ with schema, so there is no duplicated content, only a summary block that links down to the full page.
01 How do I choose between WooCommerce and Shopify?
If you want the blog, the articles and the products in one WordPress admin, and you would rather not give away a percentage of your sales every month, WooCommerce suits you. If you would prefer somebody else to run hosting, security and checkout while you focus purely on selling, Shopify is the easier road.
02 Will I be able to edit products, prices and text without a developer?
Yes. Native blocks and the normal dashboards, plus handover notes written for someone who has not opened WordPress before.
03 Do you build with Elementor or custom lightweight themes?
Both, and it is your call. A lightweight block theme is the better bet when mobile speed matters. Elementor suits teams that want to drag things around themselves.
04 How are payment gateways configured?
Your merchant account stays yours. We connect the API keys, set up webhooks, and run end-to-end sandbox transactions on every method. Card numbers never sit on your server. Approval of the account itself is the provider's decision.
05 What should I prepare before starting?
A plain description of what you sell, who buys it, what you want a visitor to do, and your brand and product files. Host and admin logins can come later.
06 What happens after launch?
A monthly maintenance plan covers updates, backups and security. Without a retainer you still get every credential and the handover guide. Nothing is held back as leverage.
