Workflow & Delivery
How a project runs, from the first note to handover.
A project starts when we understand the job well enough to say what is included. It ends when the agreed site or files are in your hands and you know how to edit them. The steps below are the default path. A landing page does not need the same depth as a store. We shrink the steps. We do not skip the point where you approve the direction.
Discover
What you sell, who buys it, and the one action the site exists to get: a call, a form fill or an order. Everything else is decoration.

Plan
Page list, deliverables, and the platform decision (WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify) written down here. We also list the content that is still missing, because missing content is what delays launches, not coding.

Design
Desktop and mobile templates designed and approved before any building starts. Approve it on a phone too, not only on a laptop.

Develop
Approved designs turn into clean code. Forms and integrations connected. You get a staging link and can click around it as long as you like.

Test
Mobile responsiveness, form submissions, sandbox payment transactions, and an accessibility pass. A real test order, placed on a real phone.

Launch and support
Domain and DNS connected, credentials handed over, documentation written for the person who will run the site next year.

What this process does not include unless we add it in writing
A fixed number of days. A payment schedule. A revision count. A photoshoot. Copywriting of an entire catalog from scratch. Legal advice. A guarantee of sales or rankings. Those can be discussed. They are not hidden inside the six steps.
Start a project when you can describe the business in a few sentences.
You do not need a finished brief to start a conversation.
Questions owners ask before hiring
Short answers here, in the order they usually arrive. Same six answers appear on /faq/ with schema, so there is no duplicated content, only a summary block that links down to the full page.
01 How do I choose between WooCommerce and Shopify?
If you want the blog, the articles and the products in one WordPress admin, and you would rather not give away a percentage of your sales every month, WooCommerce suits you. If you would prefer somebody else to run hosting, security and checkout while you focus purely on selling, Shopify is the easier road.
02 Will I be able to edit products, prices and text without a developer?
Yes. Native blocks and the normal dashboards, plus handover notes written for someone who has not opened WordPress before.
03 Do you build with Elementor or custom lightweight themes?
Both, and it is your call. A lightweight block theme is the better bet when mobile speed matters. Elementor suits teams that want to drag things around themselves.
04 How are payment gateways configured?
Your merchant account stays yours. We connect the API keys, set up webhooks, and run end-to-end sandbox transactions on every method. Card numbers never sit on your server. Approval of the account itself is the provider's decision.
05 What should I prepare before starting?
A plain description of what you sell, who buys it, what you want a visitor to do, and your brand and product files. Host and admin logins can come later.
06 What happens after launch?
A monthly maintenance plan covers updates, backups and security. Without a retainer you still get every credential and the handover guide. Nothing is held back as leverage.
